How Concurrent connections work

Each Snowpad plan includes a concurrent connection limit — the maximum number of simultaneous SOCKS5 connections your client can make through the gateway at the same time. If you exceed this limit, additional connections receive a SOCKS5 reply 0x02 (connection not allowed by ruleset) and must be retried.

Rotation plans (Nano / Pro)

Pool of concurrent connections plus a burst buffer. Nano gives 30 concurrent for testing, no burst. Pro gives 180 concurrent + 20 burst. Set workers ≤ total concurrent + burst for best results.

Dedicated rotating add-on

Each dedicated rotating node handles 80 concurrent connections. Only your traffic uses this node.

Dedicated sticky add-on

Each sticky node handles 80 concurrent connections. Same IP every time — no burst needed.

Sticky Sessions — now live on every plan NEW

Append -session-<id> to your API key to pin the same exit IP for up to 10 minutes — on rotation plans too. Sessions expire automatically and silently remap to a fresh node. Read the guide →
