By accessing our website at Snowpad.io and using our mobile proxy services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our proxy network for any unlawful or prohibited activities. This includes, but is not limited to:

Spamming, phishing, or distributing malware.
Accessing or distributing illegal content.
Performing DDoS attacks or intentional disruption of third-party networks.
Violating the terms of service of websites you are scraping or accessing.

3. Service Availability and Proxies

Our service provides access to rotating and sticky mobile IPs from Indian network providers (Jio, Airtel, Vi, BSNL). We strive for 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. IP addresses are assigned dynamically and we do not guarantee specific geographical sub-locations beyond the country level (India).

4. Accounts and Billing

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and API keys associated with your account. Billing for paid plans (e.g., the Pro Plan) is processed monthly or as otherwise specified. Bandwidth limits apply according to your selected plan.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.
